The carpet comes cleaned without the use of a lot of chemicals. The staff is very pleasant and does an excellent job. Really concerned about getting the carpet as clean as possible.
The carpet just stayed wet for 24 hours + after being told we could replace furniture on dry carpet within 8 or 10 hours. Not a huge problem but would have planned where we moved furniture to differently had we known. Your technition did a beautiful job-- The carpets look great!
Good product and very skilled employees
The service 0erson did not replace the vents. My hubby is disabled and unable to do it then after I had been working hard and didn't get home until 8 at night I had to put them back up. I was tired and that made me very upset. I will not Hite you again. Sorry

professional techs. process is SO effective. stains from years of wear ALL gone. Hard to believe, but carpet now looks almost NEW. I was ready to pull up all of it, but their superior process saved me a large sum of money to dispose of the carpet and redo my wood floor in the living and dining rooms.

Really appreciated having Jordan in our home to do our carpet cleaning. He was respectful, careful and considerate to not let our kitties out. He consulted about any additional services, and never pressured to make any upgrades. Without question we would be happy to see him back.
