I am SOOOO disappointed with the service this time…last time was great, as was technician…this time NO WAY! For starters he left his car just running in our street, blocking it, and barreled in here to use the bathroom…that was weird…then when i didn’t want my $200 estimated cleaning go to his upsell of $800, i feel like i got crappy service…and he said he was done and hadn’t even done the master bedroom…but he made sure i signed his form that my carpet may look dirtier than before cleaning…never had that last time either…i just wanted the darn carpets CLEANED…some parts i feel actually look dirtier, and his hose leaked crappy ick water all over my wood floors that i then had to clean up…the whole thing, total disaster if you ask me…and i’m MAD as can be that i spent $300 on that!!!! I went around with my own spray bottle of carpet cleaner this morning trying to make them look better…definitely lost a customer…

You offer many different services, which I like, and your technicians explained the process very well.

Your guys were friendly and knowledgeable about their business. We were very please with their work and the results of the cleaning. The hall area was a little wetter than the living rooms and took more than 24 hours to dry. Definitely a 10 even tho the hall took so long to dry.

The crew did a great job and didn’t hard sell any extra services. They also did wonderful keeping the area as clean as possible as they were working.

Excellent customer service! The technician went above and beyond. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I've had my carpets cleaned before by a different company the chemical deodorant smell was pungent. With Zerorez, my home is left smelling clean without it being overwhelming.
