When I asked to have my stairs cleaned, it would be nice if there was a little more communication on about how it is done. My stairs have carpet wrapped around the edge where the wood spindles are and you had to come back and clean that part. Also, we had to ask that you bring something to block The cold air from coming in. I feel that should be part of customer service even in the summertime with bugs.

The Tech did a really good job.
Technicians are professional, courteous . Quick service and reliable.
Overall the service was excellent. The only thing that caused me pause was that Jacob left my screen door locked in the open position. The door is half way open- I went to release the door to close it and it is stuck in the open position. I had to get some tools and fix it myself.
I wish Jacob would have said something about it before he left. Unfortunately I had to discover this on my own.
Easy to make appointment and great communication from technician
Was not what we expected. Not as thorough as we thought for the cost.
And the Tech broke a light cover on a wall as well as a glass ceiling light cover during the process. No offer to clean up or replace. He did apologize for doing it.
There were options for appointments within the week of when I wanted to schedule, the customer service was exceptional both on phone to confirm details and the technician (Jacob) who arrived on time, was friendly, informative, and worked efficiently.
