What do you like about our services?

The service guys are always personable and address any concerns we might have on the spot. We've always had good service. Once when we had a problem, a return visit was done immediately and the problem addressed. We've only had to have a repeat visit once. The treatments are effective.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I've already talked to the service manager (Javier) about the issues we've experienced but here they are in writing for the record.

1. Two weeks after the treatment (today), the bed bugs are still there. We would have expected them to be eradicated after the first treatment. I also realize the success of the treatment is dependent on the tenants following their part of the program to the letter and they have assured me they did.

1). Bobby Zune was our consultant and he provided the prep instructions to my tenants so they knew exactly what to do. However, he told them they only needed to bag items that they didn't want a stranger to handle so that is what they did. The tenants were concerned that some of their items were not bagged and that the closets had not been treated. The technician, Douglas, told me later at the follow up visit that there is an extra charge of $150 for the techs to bag up things. This was never mentioned before today.

3. The tenant who had/has the bugs in her room informed me this morning (9/26) that she noticed her bed frame was cracked after the treatment. when I asked her why she didn't tell me sooner she said she didn't think you would believe her (that it was already cracked) and she only mentioned it now so the tech would be more careful and not do any further damage. :/ I don't know who to believe but I told her if she wants to make a claim she will need to take that up with BugMaster directly and I will not be involved. She doesn't seem to want to make a claim but I thought I should mention it.

Anyway, Javier was extremely courteous and helpful and I am very much hoping after the follow up today the bb's will be gone and we won't have to deal with this again.

What could we do to improve?

Always room for communication. Document progress of Non-contract work/ongoing issues on electronic Pest audit.(trapping, treatment, is it working, do we need to add more services to get under control)

What could we do to improve?

There are at least two other pest control companies doing business in Ladera for our buyers. I have never seen anyone from your company asking our customers for the business. You are allowing the other companies the opportunity to take the work away from you by not aggressively marketing your service. Just a thought.

What could we do to improve?

I recently had an issue. The tech did not show up on the day that had been designated. I knew this because I requested that a copy of
service order be left at my door. When I did not have this serv. order, I called and was told the tech did not show up because he had
a dentist appt. This was discovered after he was asked if he had been to my house. He did come the following week while I was out of
town. But he did not volunteer this info. If I had not questioned his visit would he have just ignored it altogether.
I need proof that the tech actually performs the service that I am paying for.
