It's nice to always have the same service technician. When you get a different person each time you start to wonder how green are they.
Every service provider over the years done a thorough job and has been very polite, friendly and respectful...and punctual. We feel we get exceptional service at a great price. ...And we don't have bugs, spiders, scorpions or fleas in the yard! I am also happy to be able to pay online now!
I continue to rely on the Bugmaster for my extermination needs in my two houses because the technitions not only do a through, effective job, they also demonstrate concern and take their responsibility seriously. Additionally the Bugmaster techs are super friendly. I can honestly say that I look forward to their visits.

We received multiple treatments for ticks which seemed to work for a period of time but have been persistent. Our technician Brandon was very attentive and always came out to assess when requested but the effectiveness of the treatments just seemed to be lacking. The next problem has been an outbreak of fire ants. I believe we have asked 2-3 times for treatments which have not stopped new mounds from occurring. Our prior service had a one time treatment that lasted for about a year. Again it just felt that while we always received attentive support from your staff that the effectiveness of the products just didn't seem to be working.
I have had your service for 10 years and no problems. Most of that time Art has been my tech. He is very nice and professional.
Professional, courteous and on time, ALWAYS!!! I even have the same person come at every service. And, of course, the results of your service is what I like best! Bugs, spiders, etc. are almost non-existent. Thank You!

I like the reminders when is time for my schedule service
and the tecnicians that do the work they make sure they take care of the places that
need to be sprayed and when they come into my house I trust them I don't worry about them
messing with our stuff, they are very nice and very professional.
My experiences have mostly been good, especially when the blonde female (can't remember her name) was coming. She was always on time and very personable. The last time, I didn't receive notification, even though it may have been sent. Maybe email will provide better planning on my part. I would recommend your service to friends. Thanks, Name removed
