Quick, efficient, polite, thorough, on time.
I explained to the Pest Control Technician that the previous Technician had put some
pest repellant around one or two electrical outlets in the house, and that seemed to
work pretty good. But this recent technician didn't do that so we're still having a
problems with the tiny ants; mainly because they're in between the walls.

Few months ago we requested a bed bugs treatment for the entire rooms ,hallways and dinning rooms,the treatment team didn't follow the contract and did an incomplete job ,the bugs still existing to the extend that we have to hire another pest control company.

Prompt service, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Phone staff listened to my concerns, connected me to my Sales Rep, Clint Chandler. Treatment applications dates were scheduled to accomdate my at home time frame. Mr. Chandler listened to my concerns and answered all questions so I had full understanding of purchase. The Technician, Daniel V, applied both of the treatments, termite on 09/24 and red wasp on 09/26. He did a thorough job applying the pesticides as well as answering all my questions and concerns. I have been a satisfied customer of the Bug Master since 2000. They have consistently provided excellent service.
