You are on time and very professional. You keep in contact to help us stay on schedule and if there are any problems in between services, you come back to take care of whatever needs to be done.
I keep having to call back for repeated treatments for fire ants. The mounds that are treated just move to another location. This may not be the fault of the technician, just simply the nature of how difficult it is to kill fire ants.
Friendly folks answered the phone when I made the initial call. Very prompt.

Professional and knowledgeable about the service rendered and about the character of the pests hired to exsterminate.
I have an exterminator because we have a scorpion problem. You have been able to control it, but not irradicate the problem. I have also had to call you back out several times before I was scheduled because of scorpions. For years, I had a technician named Julie who was terrific. She always went above and beyond. Now I have a new tech, Steve, who does not have the same personality as Julie AT ALL. I am not trying to be derogatory towards him, I'm just not used to him yet, I guess.

You retreat at any time as we always seem to get ants around the sink and counters in the kitchen area. Appointments are also always on time.
