How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

A couple months ago I requested to know when the exterminator was coming because a few schools are having bad roach problems and it did not appear that anyone was really coming each month. I was not notified. I called back again a couple weeks ago and got 4 emails letting me know you were coming - which is good! Most of my schools are okay but I heard from Lake First name removed Middle that the sticky traps from last May were still not removed from her dry storage and that only a couple new sticky traps were placed in the main kitchen area.

What do you like about our services?

The fact that if you need to have the place resprayed they will come back out at no additional charge. Also, Steve is a great and thorough technician.

I called because I received a First name removed long before I received the service . I also requested a date when a person would be at my home to preform the service . a email or call would acceptable to me. this is the first response I have had since I called .

What do you like about our services?

Prompt, professional. However, the new method of not scheduling visits by mail, we got a cell phone message a week after the planned scheduled visit, is been problematic for us. Emails & texts messages are good, but if we are out of cell or computer service we do not know of the schedule. Perhaps not sending the tech out until confirmation is received?
