Honestly really impressed. From the sales tech to the service tech it was a great experience. Rod answered the phone every time I called, he had answers for my questions. When he didn't he went to his manager and got right back with me. I'm in the service industry as well for a premium company where we treat our customers the same way. It's good to see that there ArE other company's that take there job/career seriously. I just wanted to say thanks to rod and Jose for there extreme professionalism. You guys wee confident curious on time and just overall did a great job. My wife was really impressed as well. Good job guys.
If I have someone to refer you to, I will. The guys are always friendly and ask if I have any particular problems. I rarely have anything arise outside of the quarterly check and spray, but when I have I have had good response and assistance.
