The service technician was fabulous - we really liked having him here. He was very thorough (here almost 3 hours!). The results were dramatic - no more bugs in the house! We found three dead scorpions the day after he left, as well as one the next day. We are very pleased.
Your technician is always friendy and accomodating. Also you call when someone is coming.

I called and asked that even though it was after my scheduled service call if Ryan could drop off next time he was in my area those bug sticky pads. The woman I spoke to looked it up, was professional, and made me feel like she would get it done. Then 5 minutes later Ryan was standing at the door! He had been close and wanted to drop them right off to me. Very impressive!
Because you came over to check out some bugs. I gave you one in a bag. You never saw it before. So you took it back to check out what kind it was....and I haven't heard from you since.
