It should not take 4 communications to request more than 2-3 business days notice for an appointment. Our billing and appointments being set do not seem to be up to date with each other. It also took 4 communications to request the appointment notification calls to be directed to a different contact number.
My technician (First name removed) is very customer service oriented. He listens to my pest issues and takes care of them.

Make arrangements with me personally for any planned visits. The last time, I had no warning until your employee rang my doorbell. Please call me at my office number Phone number removed EX 5561 of if you get a recording to leave a message - leave a message and then call Ideal's emergency # Phone number removed which is a direct line and ask for Name removed (FOX)- If the response is that I am not at the business, identify yourself that you need to talk with me to make arrangements to have your employee spray my home for insects and how can First name removed be reached by phone? Do not call my home Phone number removed unless the Ideal employee tell you I am at home. Never come to my home to spray without me telling you that I will be at home at a specified time. My wife is very sensitive to people she does not know coming to our home unless I am at home. If it happens again, I will drop the service. Thanks, First name removed

My last service call was excellent. If the same level of work had been initially, I think it would have eliminated years of rodent problems.
Art does a great job, but I haven't liked your scheduling process (being assisigned a time instead of asking me when is convenient for me(. I'm hoping the new email scheduling will improve this process.
Bugs are very present in my home, specifically, in our bedrooms, closeths, close hampers, office carpet, formal living room couch, drying closeth, master, mother, son and guest beds and closethes, as well as the walls. What type of treatment was used this last time,(in that you had three people out to inspect and treat although, it appears at the present to be unsuccessful). was bitten the night before and after your treatment (as I was re-arranging the bedrooms) and again l last night, afterwhich I woke up and three bedbugs were running and playing then attemptingto play lik they were dead. They were climbing up the wall in my son and mother's rooms. I was told that they don't climb high; well this isn't true, this is the third occassion where I have witness them climbing up the walls and over my head in the master shower and the bottom of the quest bath tub (before my niece was about to take her bath.
Please come back and re treat, leave additional climb up for sofa, office chairs, couches, panty and desk in my offfice. Leave some sort of treatment in all closeth.
I have taken all comfroters sets to the dry cleaners, place mom; mattress on layaway and looking at purchasing another bed for our son. How soon shouls I bring these new items home.
How safe is my house for visitors; how safe is it for us to go stay with family until this is resolve? What can we purchase to treat hotel rooms , new mattresses and beds and our clothing/
I asked last week, what should we use to protect ourselves when we visit hotels and other homes, etc. No response. I asked again how soon should it be before I replace my mother's mattress; I was also told to get another bed for my son's room or atleast not to use the dresser drawers which are under his bed.
I took all of the linen from under his bed and wash them. I removed all of the ruffles from all beds. Although, upon your last inspection, I am especially thankful to your team for leaving one bed ready made to sleep in although,there were three others torn up. I just had surgery and wasn't able to do all this by myself. I have to pay someone to help me each time you come out to retreat and/or inspect my home.
What other options do we have to get rid of these bugs ASAP. It appears everytime you come out they are only being teased, they come out in full force and bite us even harder and leave embarrassing track marks on our arms, face, ankles, neck,legs and backs. My son has had 2 asmatic attacks and have been taken to his peditrician twice sine this occurs. (documented (by his school and with his Dr.) Had to purchase 4 prescriptions for him as well. My mother has beinbg twice to her doctor and I have been once. We could n ot stop itvhing and it was and remains to affect our brething, My son Had to spend the night with his uncle and austie this thursday due to his been bitten and breathibg difficulty.
I am very unsatisfied with your service. we need to ged rid of these bugs ASAP specifically, with the Holiday's approaching.
Addditionally, I need to made aware of why my cloth chairs and soft was not treated and /or placed with Clim Up. On a final note why wasn't the dressers drawers and clothes re treated. In reviewing my monitoring systems, it doesn't appear that nothibg much was done differently than when Joe came out. i.e clothes, cracks and crevives; i.e. sockests, garagage,, office large carpet(nothing was ever done to it?
another question, how long should it be before, I have my carpet professionally done and replace mattresses, and a bed for my son's room (per Javier) why can't we just lift his bed off the floor with Climbup all around this is less expensive than purchasing a new bedroom set.
In the guestroom the mattress cover is damaged, for some reaseon (after the last team came out )it is hanging all the way to the floor; My house keeper and I placed it correctly before the team came out now it is damaged. This is the second mattress cover which Bug Master damaged; the first one Johnny damaged the slipper (in my son's room); this last one (I just purchased it is a King size; they both vary from $33.00 to $ 46.00. I would like compensation for them so I can go replace them today.
Fianally, I visited my bank to review my account and it states that I have have not received my credit to my account. Please advise.
You state that your work is guarteed , please let's make this right ASAP. I am very unsatisfied and ungreat distress.
