How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician who came by did not complete all the work outlined in the quote I was given. I emailed Bug Master about this, but got no response. After calling them, they agreed to come do a follow-up visit to complete work in two weeks, but I believe the work should have been done correctly the first time around, since it was clearly outlined on the quote.

What could we do to improve?

Your technician is great; however, living in an urban area is a challenge. We have contentious issues with insects. i think more attention needs to be used in dealing with both the outside and the inside of the home. we have an unusual amount of spiders and ants. When we originally contracted with Bug Master, we did not have issues due to the amazing amount of care taken to deal with the home. i have been with you guys for 20 years or so...it's just not the same amount of care we had in the beginning.

What could we do to improve?

Improve scheduling aspect of the system. On multiple occasions the service technician has arrived with no prior notification. We have a gated property and must be notified in advance.

What do you like about our services?

Mostly, I like our technician Joey. He is an awesome representative of your company. He's professional, polite and friendly. It's comforting to see a familiar face coming into my home ~ wish our dogs felt the same way, but he is also very courteous to them (in a safe distance sort of way)!

What could we do to improve?

At least two appointments arranged either over phone or email were missed over past couple of months. Not sure what is happening with the appointment booking system at all!

One of the appointments was for treatment for fire ants and was an in-between appointment. I am highly allergic to bites.... which was mentioned at the time of booking. Appointment never happened, not in a position to chase so just had to leave it and avoid the yard altogether.

Other was arranged by email and apparently booked in at your end for another date at least 3 weeks later.

Our technician on the plus side is always very courteous and polite. Thanks Tyrone!

Please fix the booking system as I don't want to keep having to chase and complain. I have other things that need dealing with, so this is an unwelcome and completely avoidable distraction.

What do you like about our services?

I have used Bug Masters for years and but when I moved I was offered a service that was cheaper and I went with them. I had to ask them to spray the inside of my house or to treat specific things. They were never here more than a few minutes and never sprayed my attic. I always got good service from Bug Masters with out asking. Daniel has serviced my home and property for years. He is very easy going and always pleasant. I specifically asked for Daniel because he is so good at what he does.I have learned "You get what you pay for".

Daniel our service tech is terrific .. and the fact that you keep the same person on an account ( as long as you can ) is wonderful because they get to know the property we we ( the customer ) get to know and trust the rep!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You put a termite monitor next to my home without my permission. You sprayed my baseboards after I asked you not to and saturated brand new wood. I also still have insects in and around my home. I would like to have upper management contact me and not just an area supervisor.
