Advise tenants of the process so they understand why their units are only being sprayed in the kitchen and bathroom (unless advised otherwise). Also let tenants and clients know specifically what the spray will kill or address and to what extent.
Poor communication regarding upcoming appointments; this is rental property and adequate time is needed to notify tenants. It appears your staff is just trying to say we serviced this residence; instead of being able to say, I met the needs of the owner.
