Billing process: I was sent a bill via email the other day, when in fact I paid in full months ago. It took time and effort on my part to contact Big Master and make sure I indeed did not owe any money.

They listen to concerns about my pests and addresses them.
Problem was not addressed and ants returned which will require another visit which is going to take 4 days before coming out which includes 2 days over the weekend. It may be necessary to educate my tenant who lives at the house about now to minimize ant infestation.

Your scheduling needs to improve. I had to call for service. It took a long time to get here, and several times they told me one time and scheduled a different one.

My previous service man (Michael) sprayed where it was needed to kill any scorpions, etc. that made it into the house. We rarely saw any scorpions or roaches, and if we did they were always dead or almost dead. In the past 1-2 weeks, since our last service, many unwelcome guests have arrived. The scorpion I just trapped today was very alive as were the spiders and ants. 'Haven't seen any slow or dead ones, so we're not real happy.
You are very thorough in keeping our condo bug free. You do not disturb anything. You apply the treatment with care
Friendly and informed specialist. The fact that he is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things and describe things. That we can call BM any time at no additional cost. We love that we have the same specialist every time. It's nice to build up a relationship when someone is in your home.
