How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It was a very frustrating experience for a move-out tick and flea treatment, with the technician forgetting his appointment with us, then needing to come over an hour after the scheduled time, having to leave my house unlocked for him because of prior engagements I had to be at and couldn't stay that late to let him in and then him forgetting the check I specifically told the secretary was left out for him and having to notify Bug Master and set up a time for him to come get said check. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and apologetic but it was still extremely frustrating to be dealing with the continuous mishaps during our move.

What do you like about our services?

Bug Master has very nice employees and will come and spray the building on my schedule, not theirs. If I need to reschedule, it is not a big hassle. When they spray inside, I get a phone call 15/20 minutes before arrival so that I have plenty of time to get the building unlocked. If there is still a slight chance of ants or anything, due to the weather, all I have to do is call and someone will come and take care of it. No questions asked.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We had Jose for the last 3 or 4 years; he consistently did an excellent job. You lost a good employee when he left. Braulio came on 7/20 and though VERY NICE he did NOT mix the stuff properly apparently and everywhere he sprayed inside has big white dry spots and worse yet, the grass died in the back of the yard LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

It's so dead it sounds like I'm walking on gravel. Prior to Braulio's visit, I'd have given you a 10 based upon Jose's work; the 5 is generous given the poor results of our latest service. I did write my local Bugmaster to apprise them of this.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After 6 years of being loyal customers of Bug Master, the agreement terms have changed without notice to us. We reached out to Bug Master 6 years ago to specifically control pests inside our home. On the last visit, only the outside of our home was treated. When I inquired why the breach of agreement I received this response from Bug Master "Per the agreement the technician is supposed to treat the perimeter up to 10 feet. The inside can be done on request by the customer but it is not necessary to do the inside every time".

For 6 years, each technician STARTED pest control services inside our home. Texas has had a significant rain in spring and now extreme heat index which is causing numerous pest issues inside and outside our home. This new policy could not have happened at a worse time for us.

I am also curious how you can justify the same price point for delivering only 50% of the service?

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your technicians, Raymond and Lee, are wonderful. However, your chemicals don't work anymore. Lee just sprayed and I have continued to have to kill water bugs in my kitchen. I don't find dead ones or ones that are ill and don't move very fast. These are all in top physical condition and disgustingly good health. I was able to catch one in a sticky trap Raymond left earlier. I am about out of traps though. Hope Raymond is doing better.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Issues with scheduling (waiting nearly until the end of my appointment "window" to notify me that the technician can't come; auto-scheduling appointments then changing them without asking if it works for my schedule; technician won't call in advance even though there is a note on the work order to call 30 minutes ahead). Otherwise, customer service and techs are always courteous and friendly.

What do you like about our services?

The personal attention of the technician and the company as a whole. Tyrone was out sick the day I had been scheduled, and instead of having someone fill in for him, he had my service rescheduled. For him to consider me while he was sick and wanting to make sure someone who I was familiar with was here for the treatment is an amazing quality in any service industry. Consideration like this is hard to find, and I will always recommend Bug Master to anyone who needs pest control.

Troy is my new technician. He was very conscientious about my previous services. He personally contacted me about the rodent stations around my property. They had not been serviced in quite sometime so he made sure and refilled them with bait. I really appreciate his thoroughness.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

During my last treatment, the man left my gate wide open. Pets would have escaped, and unwanted persons could have entered the yard. We have a pool and the closed fence is necessary to prevent kids or other animals from entering the yard. Every other treatment has been fine - it was just this last one.
