Give you heads up when the next service is and if there is an issue they are on top of it right away.
Having a 1-hour service window rather than a 2-hour one. We are always able to call & request a 1-hour window, but it would be nice not to have to do that.
No issues, but I don't usually get asked for recommendations for exterminators, so it is unlikely to come up.

The treatment used by your company in the full protection plan I have on my home does not seem to help. Twice recently tech had to return due to silverfish. The last trip was 6/12/15. The tech said he saw nothing, but sprayed a little in the kitchen. On 6/18/15, I again found a large very healthy silverfish in the kitchen area were he had sprayed. The tech was not my regular tech (seems Bugmaster has changed their assignment again). It is my understanding I will have a tech who is new to the business,ie.inexperienced. Mosquitoes are still a problem. Now I am told that the mosquitoes must land on the treatment. So the ones flying in are biting. This is not what I was told when I bought the plan. It seems I am paying a hefty fee while receiving very poor results. Everyone is very nice but ineffective. The tech who came on 6/12/15 was also to perform termite annual inspection. He did not even go into the access points (under lavatories, sink and into back of bath shower) which are there for the purpose of termite inspection. He just walked around and said he saw no problems. Well, termites aren't swarming so how could he tell??
If something is missed you will return to make it right.
It is always on schedule and if not I receive an email before my scheduled time letting me know the status.

I like most the continuity of service. If I have to open my house to someone every 3 months I appreciate having the same person that I've grown to trust.

I'm not sure if it was due to weather or not but my home and property had to be treated 3 times in less than a month for fleas. I'm still not sure the problem has been taken care of.
You come back as soon as I call if I see some bugs, which I rarely do.

Courtesy of Johnny Flores,and Eric. Both gentlemen seemed very knowledgable of Bug Master product and what we could expect. My only problem is because Mr. Flores saw no bugs when he was here, and Eric saw a total of 8 bedbugs (as I recall from my son, Steve). I am not questioning that we had the bugs, only wondering if they are lurking some place to reappear to deal us misery.
