Fast and if there are any issues tech always helps and is very informative.

Negatives: no bill left, no evidence of service on outside of structure, no indication when finished, no information about what found.

As a first time customer, I have only had Bug Master come out once.. for the initial treatment. I have still seen some of the winged ants that I originally placed the service call for, so I'm still waiting to see how quickly the treatment works, and potentially how many more treatments it will take to eliminate the ant problem entirely. So far it has definitely helped reduce the number of ants, so I am happy with that. The technician who sprayed my home and yard seemed knowlegable and thorough. Overall a positive experience.
There's a green option, though I'd like to know more info about the products used.
Always thorough and absolutely committed to customer satisfaction. If a pest problem surfaces, Bugmaster is incredibly responsive & timely in addressing the problem.
I had a window from 12 - 2. Tech called at 1:55 to tell me he would be late. Would be awesome if you could get a text 30 minutes out of arrival so that you wouldn't have to sit at home for the two hour window + actual tech time.
The service is thorough. Our technician (ART)is excellent, punctual, and customer oriented.
