What could we do to improve?

Send the same technician out more than once. Every month we have a different person that we have to make sure they understand what type service we want and every third month where all the termite stations are.

What do you like about our services?

Professional and courteous. Initially the service was scheduled 3 days from the time I made call. As i needed urgent treatment at home, they promised to review the schedule and get back to me if they have pre-pone the service. They promptly re-scheduled the service the very next day and completed the service.

Also, the inspector with whom I spoke clearly explained all the options available and helped me choose the right plan for me.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician walked into my house and up my stairs looking for me. I was in the middle of having new carpet installed, and he tracked dirty shoes up the stairs of brand new carpet. He should never have entered my house without my permission, he should not have walked up my stairs, and he should have been more careful not to walk with dirty boots on carpet that was in the process of being installed. In addition, he should have appologized immediately and left the house, not just stand there like he did not do anything wrong.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had a technician come to my house to spray but I was at work and didn't know about it. He sprayed the yard and I told him that I need the inside sprayed. He mentioned that I would be called and rescheduled for him to come back out. I haven't received the call but I get a bill in email to pay for services I didn't completely receive.

What could we do to improve?

Service is great but scheduler is inefficient and frustrating. On about June 7 I receive an email saying my service was schedule for August 11 at 8:00. On the 11th no one showed up and when I called was told it he as scheduled for the. 18th at 8:00. Then I got a phone call that my service has x been moved Tuesday to 9:00. After I complained it was moved to 7:30. This is unacceptable. Plainly crappy customer service

What do you like about our services?

I like that Brandon is our service man and that he's the only one who comes to our home. Many other pest companies send different people each time, but Bug Master sends the same inspector so you get used to that person ... and he gets used to your home.

Bug master offers a variety of services. for instance our bat protection and bird netting on the Tower roof. Plus they are quick and friendly.
