This month we had trouble with scheduling. Tyrone has been coming to our house for a few years and knows I need to leave for work by 9 on Wednesday (the best day to come) This Wednesday the technician who I don't believe was Tyrone came at 11:30am so he was not able to do the inside of the house. I specifically asked for the technician to come between 8-9.

We love brandon! He is always so friendly. Please please help him out and buy a new sprayer pump for him. It always breaks for him and he is unable to do the job he really wants to.

My bar is having roaches all over the place. Quality of service changes based on the technician. If he's good, hen you get good service and if not, you get roaches all over!
We signed up because we trusted in your employee Brendon. We have been extremely disapponted that you have randomly sent out different employees without notifying us.
When you are letting someone inside your private resudence the trust and confidence in the person is paramount.
Unless we getvreassurance this will not happen in the future we will seek another company

Our service tech Joey does an absolutely wonderful job. We are serviced every 3 months, but if we needed it more often it is easy to arrange.
Our Service Technician, Joey, is professional, fast, willing to answer questions. Always neatly dressed in uniform and wearing a smile on his face.

When I request for you to come out you arrive within a couple of days.
