Professional knowledgeable Punctual

Scheduling of service is sometimes an issue.
Bug Master sprayed the exterior of our house only as we were out of town. There was no note to let us know if they intend to return to spray the interior of our home. The invoice was the same amt as if they had sprayed inside as well. A follow-up phone call would have been nice to set up completing the job.
I have used you off and on for about 10 years. I have always had Daniel as my service man and he is always courteous and helpful. When I called to have you start again after trying to save money with someone else I especially asked for Daniel. You are more expensive but better and it is worth the extra cost.

After calling 4 other pest control companies, Bug Master was the only one able to respond in the same day. Not only that, they arrived in about 20 minutes, much faster than anticipated! I really appreciate your timely service & will be using you guys again for sure!
We are still having issues with our outdoor rat stations being baited with every trip to the restaurant. Now that we have been forced to have day time treatments while we are preparing food in the kitchen - at least the traps will be easily visible and more likely to all be taken care of.
This last week a technician spent several hours trying to get to an area inside the bar where a rodent had crawled in and died - the smell was bad so he was trying to remove it. He could not get back into the tight small space and had to throw earth bags in that direction..... unfortunately they did not help much.
There is a place in our party room where there are ants up in the ceiling chewing on some foam that is wrapping pipes at the top of the new roof area. When the roof was replaced there was no evidence of these ants....the technician came out and spread out some poison or chemicals. It has not taken care of the problem as yesterday I was setting up the room and once again there were the tiny pieces of chewed foam in the same area. I will be calling the tech out on tuesday to treat this area again.
I would have liked it better if I did not receive an email appointment time to find out that I was scheduled for another day on The Bug Master calendar. Need a better way to track your appts.

We never have to worry about having a problem with bugs. Everyone on your team is so helpful and the exterminators are amazing. The service is great and reasonably priced. The customer service people a great and are always helpful. Your product is great!!! Thanks for always being there for my family. You were recommended to us by a friend and we would do the same in a heartbeat.

I have 20 dogs, so naturally we have a tick problem. It is a HUGE hassle to have to move the dogs every time we get a treat and re-treat. I wish that at the very least there would be no need to re-treat our property or that the dogs would not have to be moved.
