I really like Daniel, our technician. Also Rod responds quickly if we have emergencies, which we have had twice.

Easy. You guys show up, do your work and we don't see any bugs. The house doesn't smell of strong chemicals and there aren't any toxins sprayed around the baseboards. Very clean and efficient.
I am happy with the service, however, I find it annoying that your company makes an appointment without consulting the customer first, then calls the customer "reminding" them of the appointment. Every time I have had to reschedule the appointment, because you obviously have no idea of what my schedule is.

Bug Masters was issued keys several years ago so you could treat inside the building. A few years ago, the locks were rekeyed and no one from First name removed. Paul's at that time thought to issue Bug Masters a new key. No one from Bug Masters contacted us that you no longer get in. I just happened to have arrived at church last month when the tech had finished spraying outside and was trying to unlock the church and the key would not work. It was our fault for not thinking to issue you a new key back then, but someone from the company should have contacted First name removed. Paul's in the last 3 years to say you no longer had access inside the building.
I feel like a person and not a number when I deal with your company.

I appreciate a reasonable time frame for the service. I like the reminder the day before the appointment, either by email or telephone. I usually put the date on my calendar, but what if I allowed myself to be interrupted and forgot to schedule it?
