Additionally tech always signs visitation report as client unavailable. Should try to make more client connection, we are a BIG facility compared to most accounts am sure.
I like Karl Haywood. After lots of folks came out to try to get our mosquito mister working properly, Karl finally got it done and stuck with me until he was sure that everything was working properly. I really appreciate his work ethic and care for his customers.
Quick and positive response to problems. When we have a re-infestation Bug Master comes and takes care of it. No questions asked.

My family got bitten by fire ants last night (in the dark) by standing too close to a mound that was treated just a week ago..... I know fire ants are hard.
And I lost several fish due to a treatment being put in my koi pond. The technician said he didn't do it... but I know that is the only way it could have gotten in there. His word against mine.... I don't want him to loose his job due to my dead fish, but dead is dead.
Your technician arrived when he said he would, explained what he was doing. I was overall happy with the service i recieved.
On time, courteous, professional. Dead bugs are good bugs. Bring an instrument to scrape down mud wasp nests.
