How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Not seeing a lot of outcome to our reported gnat problem in café areas.
Additionally tech always signs visitation report as client unavailable. Should try to make more client connection, we are a BIG facility compared to most accounts am sure.

What do you like about our services?

I like Karl Haywood. After lots of folks came out to try to get our mosquito mister working properly, Karl finally got it done and stuck with me until he was sure that everything was working properly. I really appreciate his work ethic and care for his customers.

Pleasant service technician who leaves the premises the way that he finds them. Your willingness to come back if issues arise between quarterly visits. A trust that you are properly treating the premises. Reasonable cost.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My family got bitten by fire ants last night (in the dark) by standing too close to a mound that was treated just a week ago..... I know fire ants are hard.

And I lost several fish due to a treatment being put in my koi pond. The technician said he didn't do it... but I know that is the only way it could have gotten in there. His word against mine.... I don't want him to loose his job due to my dead fish, but dead is dead.
