Better follow up. Quicker ability to respond to issues that are reported that have to be scheduled. 2-3 day turn around is too long for an infestation issue.

Scheduling problems and Doesn't follows customers request correctly. Sometime doesn't show up when scheduled for service when we have everything ready in the kitchen ready for pest service. Also, want us to pay for the service and only half of the service was done. The job was incomplete. I'm not satisfied and will take my business else where. I will cancel my service. This happened too many time already.
Has there been a change in your services? Our new tech says you no longer treat inside? We've used you guys for 15+ years and our old tech always sprayed outside and inside.
I had more pests after starting your service that I ever did before.
I don't get a bill. I get statements over e-mail telling me my payments are past due. I don't operate this way. You're last statement said that I haven't paid, and therefore you're not providing service.
I've been out of state for 5 months and from what I see, our entire service relationship has disappeared. Ever since Julie stopped being our service tech, I see no reason to keep your services. It's really bad, folks.
