Agent was friendly and on time. Evidently he did a good job spraying the yard as I have found no Fire Ants since he sprayed.

So far things have gone well. The rainy weather has not permitted the staff to spray when he was here and it is now scheduled for Jan.12th.

Everyone very friendly and Joey is a fantastic rep for Bug Master.... He is very efficient and goes out of his way to help you.. Never ask him to get the spider webs and all off the gutters and soffit ...always on time ...

Karl (the Bug Master technician) is absolutely excellent! He went above and beyond what all other pest control technicians have done at my house. For example, he noticed that I had put sticky boards under some furniture, and the boards were filled with dead scorpions. Commenting that this was more scorpion activity than I should have in the house, he made a point of expanding coverage of the outside area. I have not seen one scorpion since Karl left, and there is not one scorpion on any of the new sticky boards. Karl is also very thorough inside all of my structures. He is professional, meticulous in his work, and very nice.

Everything! I've already commented...awesome service...appreciate the prices and help we have been given. All our service people are friendly, polite, professional, thorough. Raymond/Lee. And the office always provides excellent customer service anytime I've called with questions.

What could we do to improve?

As we are sometimes working away from home when service is due - I always request a few days notice when our appointments are scheduled - this doesn't always happen. Also, I always request a phone call to let me know approximate arrival time or if for some reason service isn't going to happen on scheduled date. Last service - I had to have my parents (ages 90-91) meet the tech - I had requested a phone call when he was about 30minutes out so they wouldn't have to wait too long. They waited the entire 2 hr period plus some before tech arrived. Tech told us that office didn't tell him we were having to have someone meet him - therefore he didn't let us know that we would be his final stop for the day. (Raymond as always been really great to work with so I feel sure he didn't get this message or he would have called!). No complaints w/ Raymond (or other techs) - just w/ the office not relaying info to the techs!!!

Some of the technicians are friendly and try to work with customers' specific request. Also, if there is a complaint, someone will return to try to fix the problem.
