Brandon has really been great. He has been out on multiple trips and gotten everything taken care of.

Jose was our guy for 3 years and his consistently pleasant disposition made a boring task much nicer! Lydia in the office is also consistently caring, professional, and most importantly, responsive. I appreciate her! The new guy Zach seems like a good kid and our latest services with him have yielded the results we seek.
I like that we always have the same technician (Brandon). He knows our home and yard. He's respectful of our floors and always put on his 'slippers'. He offers suggestions (such as spraying for mosquitos).
I also like the email service reminders and how easy it is to change appointments if necessary. The staff is always helpful and courteous.
We have already spoken with a manager. The technician was very nice. But, he sprayed not just the baseboards, but up on the walls and cabinets up to a foot. A white residue was all over the walls, baseboards and cabinets. Don't know if there is a new formulation of the solution or if it was mixed incorrectly. Also, there were white drops all over the floor. We have been with The Bug Master for many many years and this was not their usual method of application. Very disappointed.

Raymond is my technician, and I couldn't ask for better service from him. However, the appointment people in the office need more and better training. Appointment dates are set and then various people in the office call, even as close as the day before, to change date and/or time. This happens just about every time I am scheduled an appointment. It happened again this last time also. If it weren't for Raymond and his excellent service, I would switch to a different pest control company.
I believe you provided a summary report to the president of the HOA on site, but it would be helpful if you could also send me, the Mgt Company an electronic file of the report for our records. Please send that to Email address removed for Elmcourt Condominiums.
Randall is very thorough and informative with suggestions of how I can prevent attractions for critters and bugs. Thank you for having staff like him.
