The service is too expensive. When the first raccoon was caught, I called to let you know. The person said they would pick it up 3 days later on the scheduled date. I gave you my parents number ro call so they could meet him. They did not call, so it was not picked up then. Some one came out 2 days later. The raccoon died before someone picked him up. However, everyone has been very polite. That is unusual today.
Dependable service person. He's polite, on time and very competent.
I also like that when I call for service inbetween our regular visits someone comes right away.
