Service person parked right in front of our establishment and sprayed with customers in the store. We are a food establishment and discretion is important. Also, we advised him that we were having fruit flies or nats and he said that it was our drain (which we had recently cleaned) and that he was not willing to spray our drain. We use ABC for our other location and they spray the drain every time and we don't have fruit flies/nats there.

We are not happy with the day servive. We would like the night service . Because whenever they do it in the day it seems like your just feeding them . The night service
They always let us know about appointments and take care of spraying quickly. We don't find bugs in between sprayings.

Rescheduling service (which I sometimes have to do) is always very easy. Any time I've emailed or called the office, the staff I've spoken to have been really nice and easy to deal with.
