It is a win loose situation. I have been dealing with bed bugs in my house for a long time. I called Bug Master to come treat my home. They have come out numerous times and we are still having problems. The nice thing about it is that they have not given up on getting this problem taken care of. It is just annoying to have to go through the process so many times. The technicians and supervisors have been super nice about it all... like I said it is a win loose situation.
Quick response to coming out to kill my bugs!
well i ask for only outside spraying but there are(were) lizards in my outside fireplace. I should have thought about them before you sprayed
Try to send the same tech. Usually the tech will call & say he is x minutes away. Of course this tech didn't . FYI-Tech didn't spray outside because it had been raining.
Very responsive to calls and problems.
My husband and work nights (police officer and I'm a nurse), it's difficult for Bug Master to accommodate our schedule.
No pests although we still have a few ants around the window on South side of house coming in. It may be that the neighbor needs to treat also.

There has been so much turnover in the technician who does my service. It's very difficult for me to have to start over with a new technician. And the new one (Brandon T) is not nearly as good as the prior one (Karl).
