Provide more detail on the steps used in roach clean outs. For example, if you don't see an improvement within ___ period of time, we will do this or that. The next steps after that would be to do _____. Just looking for more information to help me gauge what I need to tell my residents, and/or let you know about. I would also like to see a monthly or quarterly report of special requests you provided for us such as # of roach clean outs (including the addresses).

BugMaster has always met our needs. Troy has been a trooper. We only wish the reoccurrence of our ant issue will not happen.
I have had the same technician come to my house for several years. I know he will always ask if I have any bug problems or have seen any roaches or ants, etc. By now of course, I trust this guy, and that is comforting to see his face each time.
Brandon is friendly, thorough and timely. He keeps the bugs out of our house, which makes us happy!! :)
