No more bugs
In less then two years I have had three technicians. My last treatment I would be surprised if the newest tech was at my house for even ten minutes. He was in too much of a rush to do a thorough job, left both gates to my backyard open and didn't appear to spray the inside of the garage. I asked if he treated for ants in the yard and he relied "no", but on my report he noted he treated for exterior ants. I was very happy with my first service technician and my service has seemed to go down hill since he left. I will more then likely not have bugmaster return to my house.
I have requested any number of times not to send anyone to service my house but apparently no one is listening because if I don't call and them that at each appt someone else comes out.
I have no complaints with my service, and Raymond is an excellent technician/person. However, I recommended you to a friend here in Bartlett, and she has had difficulty with the scheduling department.

Technician Art did not completely do the exterior perimeter of my house. He is supposed to use the power sprayer and spray the exterior of the house in and around eaves, openings, etc... this is not the first time he has skipped this. I am paying the full price and getting about one-half of the service. I am very disappointed and am looking into other options in the future. I have mentioned this to you all on other occasions, but nothing seems to matter to you and your customer service. What about reducing my charge if he is only going to spray inside my house and not outside? I'm sure I can find a better price from another company, or better yet, I can spray inside of my house with home defense for a fraction of the cost.
