QUICK AND ON TIME
The tech was friendly and knowledgable. I had two treatments a little over a week apart. Was having a yard party and was concerned about my guests being harassed by mosquitos. On the night of the event not one single mosquito could be found in the yard. Thanks Bug Master for being so prompt and a bug free party. It was worth every cent.

Everyone I've communicated with has been very helpful and professional. The prices seem to be slightly less than other extermination companies. Joey did an excellent job, explaining things throughly and handling my bird/fish situation with care.

Robert came out for some ants in my kitchen. I felt bad, but I had to pick up the kids, so I left a note to leave a few traps at my front door. Not only did he do that, he went around the house and found where they were coming from. I really appreciate the problem solving. Thanks Robert!

Honestly, I like everything! The customer service is superb from the phone to the actual service! Any additional treatment that is needed due to rain or a problem that arises is handled without question and I have never had a bad exterminator on site! There is very little turnover which says something for the company. Albert was our exclusive exterminator for several years and now we have Tyrone. Both are social but extremely professional and courteous. If all stays the same we are customers for life!
