Quick but thorough. Its been a week since my first service and no bugs so far (well, some dead one's)
It has really helped control the ant problem I was having in and around the house. I had the mosquito treatment this last time, but I'm still seeing them flying around the ouside of the house. It looks like the only thing it killed was the one lightning bug I had in the backyard. I found him on the back patio :( Overall, I am very happy with The Bug Master, but I don't think I would have the mosquito treatment again.

Let me tell you what I don't like. Not being notified or having the option to choose my appointment date and time. It's not fair to the technician to have to send them to one location more than once due to lack of communication.
