The pest control guy was 45 minutes late and I had to call the main line to find out where he was. My appointment was at 10am and I had scheduled another important appointment at 10:30am that I had to cancel last minute to accommodate the pest control guy. I also have a newborn and had planned the appointment around my nursing schedule. I wound up having to deal with an upset baby and three very upset pets who all needed to be removed from the property. I'm hoping that the follow up appointment isn't so delayed.

The email reminder, several days ahead of the visit (not just the day before which is what some companies do). That way, if there is a conflict there's time to make arrangements. Our technician is prompt and thorough.

Service is good
After my initial visit I was told that they ( Bug Masters ) could help with all my pest control needs. I scheduled an appointment for almost a week later after discussing what I expected to be done on the first pest control visit. However the technician came 17 minutes late, and unprepared to plug the weep holes in my exterior rock walls. I was told that there was a mix up in instructions and that the ( manager ?? ) did not lay out or provide the copper materials to my account / job. So These are the same reasons I fired my last pest control company.
1. came late 2. came unprepared to do the job 3. gave a *&^%$# excuse why he couldn't do the requested work that was on the pest control order paperwork. So you will never have my confidence in your ability to actually do what the submitted paperwork ( almost a weeks notice ) said needed to be accomplished.
