We still had a lot of fleas jumping on us even after they came to sprayed...I waited 3-4 days and texted the guy to come back to spray bc we couldn't wait 2 weeks and he said no..

Over the course of the past 6 months, when the tech came out, I mentioned ants. The tech commented on what types of ants they probably were and didn't do much else. Last month, ants were crawling up through the eave and I noticed them in a light fixture. Also, we had rats, and again, not much was done or inquired about. So, I wish that the tech would have focused on those things and noted the exact things they do/will do to treat the problems.
Tyrone has been servicing our house for years and he always does an amazing job. He is professional, quick, and thorough. Our house is pest-free and we appreciate Tyrone's diligence in making sure it stays that way!

The ease in online scheduling and estimating. The excellent responsiveness of the technician in alerting me by phone when he was on his way and when he had arrived at the property. I was able to speak with him at the end of his treatment to see if there were any areas of concern. I was also able to pay for the service over the phone. All in all, the experience with The Bug Master was pleasant and efficient.
