Be more consistent. I have different guys come to my house and each one does things differently. Some spray all of the baseboards and others don't. And when I ask why I don't get a really clear answer.

The techs come in ask if we have any questions and than do the job in a very clean way and tell us what they saw or what we need the next time.
The service tech came early and as a result I wasn't home. He did leave a note saying to call him and he would come back to do the inside. I called and set up an appt. He was to be here between 12 & 2 on 6/30. Just before 2 I called to see where he was at as I had already rescheduled my time to accommodate him coming back. I was told he wouldn't be there yet until later in the day, yet no one called to let me know. Very poor customer service. I had to leave as I had another appointment to keep. They tried to reschedule for later the following week, but I was not available. I told the customer service rep not to bother coming back to do the inside, just to adjust my invoice. She said she couldn't do that but would have a supervisor call me back to discuss. I never heard back from that supervisor. I have not paid the bill and do not intend to until some type of satisfactory adjustment is made. I have been a customer for approximately 10 years and am now considering looking for another company. Yes, I've very unhappy at the moment.
The service tech Joey is a hard worker, very pleasant, does a great job and is knowledgeable.

I am very pleased with the immediate follow-up when I may call regarding a problem. The serviceman is very thorough and is as concerned about my problem as I am.
I like the punctuality of appointments and that the service generally keeps us bug free. Although, ants have been a reoccurring problem.
