I have had numerous complaints about First name removed tech that services our property, and there has not been any improvements. We had no choice but to give your company 30 days notice and look for someone else.

Efficient and professional, good communication.
The service person assigned to my area keeps changing. When Joey serviced my home, there were no issues. He is very thorough and explains what he is doing. The last few service people were young and apparently inexperienced. For example, rather than spraying with wand along baseboards, they just sort of spray the air sporadically. This hit and miss method did no good, plus it exposed me to more vapors. I did not go out to observe the treatment of yard and around foundation. But, I fear it was done the same way. Very disappointed!! Make certain service people are better trained. Give me someone I can trust.
