First visit was great. Second and 3rd have been lackluster. Lots of remaining pests and unable to work with my schedule after in recorded messages saying you could.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I signed up for service on line I was told it was going to be around $40. Then when our technician asked for payment at the end of the appointment it was $140. Felt led on. It'd be nice to make that initial payment online when you schedule so you know the price is locked in. ABC does that. If I knew I was going to get shocked by adding another $100 I would have never used your company.

First-DANIEL! He has been our service tech for years. Please give him our praise for a job well done. We have had your service for almost 14 years. We are always pleased with the response we get from Bug Master-on the few occasions that we have needed extra service.

I paid $113 for a treatment that was not done correctly. He did not treat the garage and the guesthouse and he did not remove wasp nests from around the home.

Pretty much everything...your technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with, and will stick with a problem until it is solved. I appreciate Bugmaster's quick response to our recent problems with both termites and carpenter ants.

I thought that my initial application included treating the attic, but it was not treated. Also, the tech applied mesh to my weep holes as promised, but missed quite a few weep holes.
