What do you like about our services?

Lydia is consistently prompt and professional in all of my need whether by phone or email. Zachary is a nice guy with a great attitude and though we really liked Jose (who we had for years), the job Zach does has been just as good.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician argued with the office manager on whether on not he attempted to gain entry to the premises during the appointed time requested. He did not, nor did anyone from the company call prior to the appointed time. We are a medical office and having this type of service being performed while we are seeing patients is in bad taste. The technician was condensing, rude and insulting to the office manager.

Somewhat dissapointed that the tecnichan
Would not spray or treat our back porch. He said he only wanted to treat the area of yard We have Windows there and always spiders and bugs around He did use our spray for the fan where we have had wasps. Too bad! Mrs Last name removed

What could we do to improve?

Mostly has been very good. For a while we had an inadequate number of bait stations. One helpful technician pointed this out to us, and told us we'd have to request more. I don't know why this took several years of previous technicians to notice. We were missing bait coverage over about 40% of our house. This has since been corrected.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had asked the estimator to not spray the backyard to protect insects, particularly bees and butterflies. Since flowers are blooming and both insects are feeding, I wanted to make sure he was aware. I would have preferred that he have enough situational awareness to realize that if I wanted to back to not be sprayed then the same thing should apply to the front and sides. This was not the case since the technician sprayed the front and sides, no fault of his own mind you. However, what I did find fault for the technician is spraying bug spray to the point I had small puddles in the house, especially on the mat in the garage leading to my door to the interior.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was recently told by a friend that it is obvious my house has termites. I am concerned that a technician with Bugma sterling over these years of servicing my house did not alert me. There is obvious evidence of damage on one side of my house and with that am disappointed about not being alerted sooner.
