Both Brandon and Eric are outstanding! They make sure we are 100% satisfied before they leave.
It seems to me some of the techs aren't very thorough with their spraying. I think they miss lots of spots that should be sprayed.
Edgar is just great, knows what he is doing and goes the extra mile for us.

I seem to always have a problem in between sprays with all bugs. This last time it was almost a month between my due dates and I was charged for it. My technician Daniel is so good and so nice, but last time he sprayed it killed my beautiful plant I had on the patio by the window, it was huge and in a big pot. I am checking other companies at this time. Thank you
Very responsive and thorough
I like the service very much. The quarterly bug service seems to do very well. However, we've been getting the mosquito treatments and they don't seem to be doing anything. Our yard is swarming with mosquitoes. :-(

Zak does a great job! I had lots of wasp nests under the eaves of the house when I moved in 2 years ago. This year I did not find one nest. He also took care of the rat problem I had. He is always courteous, friendly, and efficient. I can always count on him to resolve any issues that may arise.
