Technicians are professional and personable.
I found the services very satisfactory and the solution to the problem I was having - fleas. If there was anything I felt could be improved, it was in the area of communication. I was unprepared for the service when the time came - although the information had been sent as a second page to the contract which I failed to realize was there. A simple matter to send those important instructions (to leave the premises for 4-6 hours) in a SEPARATE message, one that would not be overlooked.
All contacts could not have been more positive, professional, and helpful. I found that overall, your company is outstanding in that way.

A call-ahead reminder on the day of visit & a louder knock on the door. These will help keep scheduled appointments to perform services, rather than forcing us to reschedule.

We have been seeing bugs including cockroaches inside the house despite several treatments. Hopefully the last treatment did the trick but we are seriously concerned.
The treatments were not at all effective and this is the absolute honest no exaggeration whatsoever. I've used your services in the past at the house we lived in before and if I recall correctly I was so pleased, shocked that for at least 1 year minimum I never say one ant. Yes, I said not even one ant for more than a year or so. However, this time we decided to use your services again yet we got no got Poor results. In fact, there were even more bugs such as earwigs, spiders lots of them, all kinds of other bugs...our technician was great who came to spray the house. Unfortunately, the treatments used just isn't as effective(chemicals) are just not as effective doesn't come near the way were I hate to complain or effective nor did it make any difference.
We liked how Joey handled the service. It has rained approximately 12 inches since he sprayed, so probably will need a re-do in some area. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

My mattress is ruined. Had I known that you were going to stain it to the point of me having to throw away a brand new mattress I would have thrown it away and just bought a new mattress to begin with.
Service people are always on time
The service was provided quickly, and the exterminator was very knowledgeable.
Over a week after treatment and I am still seeing the bedbugs. This apartment needs to be retreated ASAP.
The serviceman, I believe his name was North, lied to me both times he was out. And because of him, I highly doubt I will use your service again -- and I had used you many times in the past.
His original service call was in 6/16. I did not stay with him 100% of the time but probably 95% of the time. Even at that time, I felt very uncomfortable in the thoroughness of his performance. I didn't call your company about him, but I knew he did not perform the service he claimed to. For example, on his first visit, to his credit, he did find the source of the beetles which was the pantry. When I asked him to spray there, he told me he already did. I was with him and he did not. The pantry floor was covered with a large covered plastic container with milk bones; also paper towels, napkins, and lunch boxes. There was no way he could have sprayed because the floor was covered with these items. To no surprise, the problems were not resolved (roaches, spiders) (I think we're okay on the beetles).
He repeated the lies on his return visit on 8/16/16, at which time I followed him 100% of the time because I did not trust him. On the return visit, he told me he did the pantry. He did not. I even told him I WAS WATCHING. He told me he did each of the spare bedrooms. He did not -- he did one of the three. I told him I WAS WATCHING. I called him on it right then and there. He said he did those areas. Again I told him, "No, you did not. I was watching." He dug his heels in when I asked him to treat the remaining two bedrooms. Then he switched stories and told me that doing one of the three bedrooms is good enough because its considered covering the "mass area." Wrong! He also tried to convince me that doing 2/3 of the outer garage walls and door was just fine. I do not believe it. I asked him to do the 1/3 of the outer garage wall that was untreated. He refused saying what he did would do the job. I still do not believe it.
These two visits spoiled the trust I had in your company. In all honesty, I don't know what you could do to make things right.

It has been easy to schedule and sometimes reschedule appointments. The technicians are friendly and ready to answer any questions I might have. Also when needed, I have been able to have an additional treatment.

I like that I am scheduled for quarterly service, it happens, I am automatically billed and it just all happens without me having to schedule. I also like my technician, Brandon. He is attentive to any pest control problems I am experiencing and is polite and friendly.
Seems to work. Techs are courteous and on time.
Proactive communication - although you do call too much; I should be able to receive notifications of upcoming service by email and/or text only. you call 2-3 times before every visit....

Raymond is thorough, pleasant and conducts himself Professionally. He should teach and mentor the other staff.
They remind me about the quarterly service. They will come back if needed. The service person is pleasant. The payments options are helpful. They offer organic treatment.
