The technician always asks if we are having any problems with bugs and if anything needs special attention.
Not disappointed but am too new to your service to make a recommendation. On the 2nd visit, I was billed before the service was completed. The interior was completed but because of expected rain the exterior was not done. No one ever contacted me about the exterior, but I received a bill. Exterior was not scheduled until I contacted you to say the service was not completed. Not good business practice for a new customer.

I have been waiting for SEVERAL months for rodent boxes that was supposed to be delivered to us and placed near our air conditioning unit. I have reminded the service Repres at least twice. Nothing! I am not pleased!
