What could we do to improve?

The last two visits out to the house for quarterly treatment has done noghting to rid the house of insects. I am not sure if this is due to the amount of rainfall or not. Regardless there are many insects in, under and around my home.

Call before showing up. Have a checklist. Sometimes a tech isn't familiar with our facility and asks us where he is supposed to treat.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was disappointed because your tech did not spray enough. For example in the interior house i asked him to spray only the garage which he did but not enough as your previous tech "Tyrone" did. Well that same night i saw a roach roaming around on the floor as if no spraying was done. I had to chase it and spray it with a roach killer spray. Previously after spraying roaches were upside down dying.
Spraying outside, your tech had to make a new mix because he had used what he had on a commercial client. so he used my water to prepare his solution. When rung the door bell to give me the his paper work statement I check what he did he sprayed only about 5' from the wall basically the sidewalk. He did not spray around the perimeter of the windows nor the canopy. I did not see single drop on these areas. I am very very disappointed.
