What could we do to improve?

The bug killing is fine, but the website is needs improvement. I can't log in to pay my bill online. when I try to reset my password, it doesn't recognize my email address... even though I've received many emails.
I've initiated contact, trying to fix the issue, but have never received any support.

I appreciate the phone call to inform me of date of service call. Technicians have always been professional, friendly, helpful. When I have made phone calls with any questions, to reschedule service call or schedule service call between regularly scheduled visits staff has always been prompt and helpful.

I have been with The Bug Master for many years. The technicians who treat my two houses are like family. They are friendly and genuinely respond to my concerns. Consequently, my two houses are free of pests. I can honestly say that I look forward to my treatments. If you ask what I like about The Bug Master? It's The Bug Master Techs. What could we do to improve?

Clarify terms of service contracts. On regular site visits for service, observe and provide input to owners about what they could do to help control pests; for example, if a technician discovers a potential access point for rodents then it would be helpful if that were brought to the attention of the owner.
