The young man who services my home has been doing it for a long time prior to your acquisition of my neighbor, Mr. Estrada's business. His name escapes me at this moment, but your records will show who he is, and I can tell you for certain that he is friendly, polite, and extremely efficient in making our home safe from little critters. I would, and have rercommended your company to other friends and will contionue to do so.

My original contract with the company bought by Bug Master included more service than I am getting from Bug Master.
You provide the quarterly service, but have no problem coming out in between those visits if needed (at no additional charge).
Friendliness of the technician and his thoroughness in making the application.
My ants are still here along with my wasps.. Even after 2 treatments. The very next day from the last treatment small ants were back in my bathroom sink. When I informed the tech about it.. He didn't seem concerned.
Good customer service. Clean. On time. Always ask to make sure our needs at meet.
Offer more extended service hours. I work full time and have had to reschedule or settle for exterior work only, because I could not get home in time to meet the technician. Appts earlier than 7:30 and/or later than 4:30 are greatly needed.
Communication - we were not able to confirm follow up times and they showed up without confirmation.

I don't feel that I received value for the service provided. A trap was placed, checked and picked up after 4 visits; no squirrel caught. So essentially I paid $400 for nothing.
Problem has been at least partially resolved by my son and me performing selective exclusions on several vents on the roof.
Daniel is very thorough and a pleasure to do business with. He is courteous and always concerned about any problems we are having.

I continue to have spiders and scorpions in my house after I have had a "treatment." It is possible than my choice of treatment needs to be revisited. i I may need to ask for more aggressive safeguards. However, I like the people and the service.

Make sure the technician calls before arriving. Also, make sure you confirm the appointment time with the client before showing up.
You didn't, but I have advertising clients that I would refer first since they advertise with my company. I have tried to reach Bug Master marketing dept. numerous times but never have had someone contact me back regarding my companies single family home advertising programs. Not a great way to do business with a current customer, but I like your tech and the price I pay so that is the reason I haven't switched yet.

When we initially signed up, the agent that came out to the house (Lee) was very thorough, informative, let us know exactly what he was doing and suggested things when we asked. Then Lee's route was changed and the new agent was terrible. We gave him a few times to see if anything would improve. He seemed too eager to hurry up and get out. Each of his visits lasted about 10 minutes total. And thats the inside and out. We noticed bugs, spiders - just a few, in the house and that was it. Wont go back
