There is nothing about your services that I don't like.
Bug Master is very responsive when we call, whether it is to reschedule an appointment or to have them come back to take care of an additional pest problem. Our technician is friendly and always goes above and beyond to do a good job!
Lately you've greatly improved. The new guy is courteous, professional, and not lazy and sloppy as several of the guys in the past have been. I'll give you a 9 or 10 if this keeps up. :)

I asked for my appointments to be scheduled a few weeks in advance yet I get called only a couple of days in advance. I lived in Pennsylvania for 19 years & the company I used always gave at least 30 days advanced notice! Also , we had the same tech each visit. I have never seen the same guy twice.

The service technician and the office are both very professional. They treat us with courtesy and it is apparent that they want to keep us as loyal clients. They do a better job than any other service I have used over the years in keeping the bugs out.
