John is ALWAYS on time. He is friendly, polite and wants to help us in any way he can. Bug Master is always quick to respond when we have any problems. I like that you send the same person to our house each time so that we feel comfortable with our service provider.
Provide service in between the quarterly visits if needed for problems. Extend hours for customers that can not be home between 8-5. To many different employees for every visit.

You could return the original technician, Joey, to the Lockhart area. The guy that replaced him isn't as thorough. I have to walk behind him to make sure he sprays all over instead of just corners and I'd rather not do that. The technician that sprayed on June 14th noticed that I had lots of spider webs which meant that the technician that replaced Joey isn't doing a very good job of helping me control indoor pests. If it weren't for this problem, I probably would rate your service higher than an 8.
Service rep is very professional and extremely thorough. When we do find bugs, they are dead.
Quick response to email request; willing to work with my schedule to come out and inspect. Service was done on time and fast. Representatives were very kind and efficient.
Service is very good and techs are great, but pesticides don't seem to last very long anymore. They used to work seemingly for months but now we see pests again after about 2 weeks.

Effective and responsive
Besides the fact that everyone is very professional both on the phone as well as in person and the service that you provide exceeds my expectations, the technicians that service our home are some of the most friendly and courteous that I have ever dealt with. There is not a lot of turnover which speaks volumes for your company and makes it easy to develop a trustworthy rapport. We are thrilled with Bug Master!

Missed the wasp nest at the back of the house. Also, there were wasps flying around a chair that they apparently were nesting in also.

The service is fine and the serviceman who comes is very professional. However, you used to have a house key to my house. Then the serviceman said the key quit being available to him. Twice I called your office to inquire about the whereabouts of my house key, and both times I was told someone would check on it and get back to me, but I never heard back. Now, tell me....what is the situation with my house key. Name removed Phone number removed

Insects/other pests haven't been an issue since using Bugmaster - cost is reasonable, reps are professional and very responsive if issues between normal service calls.
