Your service is good and the employee who comes to the house is always very polite and has good customer skills. l have no complaints about services. The only reason I didn't give a higher rating is because of the cost. It seems like I pay a lot of $$ each quarter for what seems like minimal work. I have not compared prices to other companies, though, so I could be off base on this. Also, I don't fully understand all that is involved with visits, and there may be more work involved than I realize. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback!
Very great technicians, except this time he wouldn't put rat bait in the rat traps. We have always had rodent service. This is the first time we were denied rodant bait for the "black" boxes around the house. We have 2 of them.

Re Austin TX office:
Pros: You came out the day I called to handle an emergency request
Cons: The $243 treatment did not stop the wasps. I called and requested the tech come back out and respray some areas right away. I was told they would be out between 11:30 and 1:30 today. I received a voicemail at 11:59 AM stating that somehow the appt. did not get on the technicians list and so no one would be out today. They left me a number to call. I called back 5 minutes later at 12:04 and received a recorded message that the office is closed. I have left a message on their emergency line to call me immediately to get someone out this weekend. I am having professional exterior painting done. The painters cannot finish the work due to the wasps. They have other jobs scheduled next week so they must be able to paint and get this job finished.
Always count on you to get it done.
On one occasion we called for service for the next day and didn't get put on the schedule.
Since we were pouring concrete the next morning it was imperative we got the building pad treated.
A manager came out late that evening and treated the pad.
Joey shows up ON TIME. He treats the residents with courtesy and respect. If there are special requests he handles those requests willingly and with a smile on his face. I am very pleased with the service.

I emailed and called to get answers on several concerns with no response.
Part of deal also included a follow up in two weeks to re inspect all areas and re tartar the known area of concern
We still are not using that part our home for the obvious reason
I paid a lot of money to take care of a huge problem and will never be confident the bed bugs have been eliminated
When I did reach the person who sold me the service with my questions and concerns he made up some excuse and told me he would get back with me

I think the service people do their jobs quickly and efficiently. Once we got everything under control it has become a matter of maintenance. The service people are friendly and very knowledgable about their job. My only issue: I get a service person on a regular basis, and then they change to someone else. I have asked for future courtesy calls when there is a change so that I will have prior knowledge of who will be treating my home. We'll see..maybe next time it will be a ten :)
