Efficient and friendly
consistent, friendly service
Kyle is a great tech. He listens to our needs and does a professional job!! As soon as he came on board, our call-backs have minimized and our residents are happy.
quick response time
Mathew, our normal guy has always paid special attention to detail. We are a pharmaceutical company and we have specail ways of doing things and in our business, bugs are not allowed!, and there is never any problem with Mathew. I have also been working with Scott and some special plans to help keep any and all pest away.. Thanks to everyone at Bug Masters for the good job.

The technition
I've been a customer for many years. Until recently, I felt I received good service at a fair price. I LOVED Julie! She was so friendly and did a very thorough job. I'm happy that she was able to move up in your company, but the service just hasn't been the same since she moved on. The man (sorry, I don't remember his name, but he is perhaps 40ish, Hispanic) who usually comes to my house now does an adequate job - not as good as Julie, but OK. However, the young technician you sent last time did not do a good job. I don't think he sprayed the interior as it has been done in the past. And since it only took him a few minutes to do the spray of the grounds outside, I don't think that job was done correctly at all. Also, this young man might just be very quiet or shy, but he made me feel very uncomfortable. I had planned to wait until my next service and if he returned, I was going to terminate my service and find another company. But since you asked, that's how I feel. I just don't think the service is what it used to be.
Very friendly and competent.
I love the loyalty to satisfaction the company provides to their customers. For example, I live by a creek area, so there are sometimes extra pest, critters or bugs that make it necessary to call them for an extra service. They don't mind following up when I've called for extra needed treatments. They do this without asking unnecessary questions or making excuses. Instead their service providers show up with genuine concern to meet my needs. I highly recommend Bug Master. I have had a guaranteed contract locked in for at least the last 9 years, and the company has honored this without changing or increasing my quarterly fees. Thank you very much Bug Master and their wonderful staff!

Expensive flea treatment did not work. Had to do it 5 times and pay for it twice. Please cancel my quarterly service for 202 E 33rd and 3301 Liberty.

Dependable on all accounts
Earlier notifications abt when appts are scheduled. I'm living out of town due to my husband's work situation & each time we have service scheduled - I don't learn of it until the day before (sometimes the day of!) which is making it really hard for me to get a family member to our home to let the tech into the property. Otherwise, service is great.
John is always prompt and very attentive to providing excellent service.
We have received outstanding service each time "Joe" has come out to our house. He is friendly, informative and always respectful of our property (which likely has some challenges) and understanding of our dogs dislike of him (by no fault of his own)....they just don't understand this person going all around the house and are protective. He's great to ask if we've had any particular concerns, explain what he's experienced from others in our area and informed us of his problem solving solution to protect us from the overwhelming critters that are in the country. We really appreciate his dedication and we would never consider going to another company.
