We had a very bad issue with ants after our initial treatment, and when we called to request to have a technician come back out, it took a long time to get them back out. In the meantime we had to buy some spray and treat. It was very disappointing to not get help when we needed it.

Brian was very professional and did a very good job, inside and out! Maybe need to Increase strength of insecticide a little; appear to have " critters" such as scorpions, ants, and wasps a week or so after you spray.
FYI: we are getting a number of pest control solicitors in Rocky Creek that want us to switch and are undercutting your fee by about 10%.
Everyone is always friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
I like it that your guys show up on time...that they don't park in my driveway and thatthey get rid of my pests.
