Assistance with luggage.
We always have great service, this time the driver who picked us up at the airport just tossed my bags into the luggage area. They were not placed as we have had over the years (all the way back to our blue sky days). Over all great and will contiue to park there.
The Service. The lady that picked us up at the airport and took us to our cars could not have been more helpful. It was 9 degrees at Midnight and she handled all the luggage and made sure she didn't leave before our cars started. I don't know her name but make sure you keep her!!!!!

Both drivers were great--friendly, caring. Being able to make a reservation to know that I have a spot is great--easier to plan my travel. The price is competitive with the airport parking--a little longer shuttle, but easily planned. Did not have to wait long for a shuttle on either end.

I actually do recommend the parking spot to my friends. I have never had to wait very long for a shuttle. The shuttles are brightly colored and easily recognizable. This past week in Atlanta, my driver was Jerome. He cheerfully loaded my bag onto the shuttle and then unloaded it at the airport. His driving skills were excellent.

My experience at your Century structure was a next level. I will definitely come back. I had to tell my husband in a MBA program as an excellent case study for customer experience. Despite of some short comings I experienced (will be mentioned later), I was so impressed, it overrode those negative experiences. Let me explain how your parking on Century stands out compared to your competitors.

- easy to find the entrance (your users are in a hurry.)
- easy to enter with the simple email with a QR code (I had issues with getting in at other businesses, especially for pre-paid)
- personalized welcome message (I felt welcomed, and your business cares about me.)
- sense of security by the four (two for in, two for out) gates for the rooftop parking (uncover, most economic.. I was worried about security until I saw the numerous gates!)
- clean (huge positive message translated as security and care for my car)
- complementary water at the exit (saw it for the first time)
[the negative]
- I got lost on the first floor. (The floor plan is a bit complicated for the first time visitor who is lost and the ramp is not steep enough for me to identify which way I should drive to get to the bottom of the ramp. It took me a courage to decide to head toward the exit, hoping I wouldn’t get forced to exit.)
- We (three of us in a separate vehicle) weren’t sure how to exit the structure on foot to get to Hilton Hotel. Ended up walking the backside of the hotel where it wasn’t really for pedestrians.)
Your excellence exceeds the shortcomings, honestly. However, my negative experiences can be easily improved by better signage. I still come back to your parking as is. I still recommend your business to my family and friends. But, I would appreciate even more if you would consider my suggestion.
Pickup and drop off near our vehicle. CMH did away with the Blue parking lot which did this.

Our shuttle driver for our Pittsburgh airport pickup to TPS on the night of 2/6 was AMAZING! I forgot his name but he kind of reminded me of the comedian Marc Maron. Anyway, he got our group of 10 and all luggage back to our cars safely and quickly. We had two very old senior citizens with us and one 88 year old requires a walker. Our driver was very patient and helpful. It was a very long and rough travel day from Orlando back to Pittsburgh but he made things easier in the end. We were and still are very appreciative.

All staff are terrific from the ones who worked the front gate, and especially the shuttle drivers!
