Your drivers are always in a pleasant mood and helpful with our luggage. Always when we pull in, the employee says what row to go to, in a few minutes the shuttle comes to our car. When we come back into Cleveland Hopkins, get our luggage, and walk out the door there, always a shuttle there.

Valet is definitely worth the small upgrade. Drive in, get help unloading and ushered right onto the shuttle. Then coming back they track you and get your car ready. Team at the building was happy and helpful. Drivers were efficient and helpful as well. Little pricey but you get what you pay for.
